Family and Friends Commitment to Excellence

In order to continue to offer this great program to the individuals CHCinc has started a Friends and Family Commitment to Excellence Campaign. We are hoping you will decide to help in this Commitment to Excellence and contribute to help prevent changes in program services. 

By joining CHC’s “Commitment to Excellence Campaign,” your $25.00 donation will help pay for:

• One gallon of glaze used in the Ceramics and Art Class along with the stain, glaze and kiln time for three individuals to compete a ceramics project.  CHC has 160 individuals who work on more then six projects in a year.

• Gas for CHC's van to take 15 individuals on a field trip into the community to review and learn about job opportunities that could lead to a more independent life. CHC's goal is to offer two or three field trips a month. 

• New computer learning programs targeted at learning basic survival skills that an individual can use on one of our computers in the Technology Lab.  We have 20 computers and we need to have at least five copies of each new program.

• Small starter plants that the individuals need for their Nature and Plants class.  The Individuals plant and raise different plants throughout the year.  Each year CHCinc. purchases thousands of plants used in the Nature and Plants classes.

Whether it’s supporting programs; help paying a utility bill; or transportation costs to take a group on a field trip, or the purchase of supplies or equipment – a contribution of just $25.00 can leave a lasting impression
