SPORTS AND FITNESS
CHCinc. teaches that good health is a key to true independence.
One of our main goals is to give individuals tools to stay healthy and physically fit.
We have a complete Gym on campus for our individuals. We have treadmills, rowing machines, exercise bicycles, and other equipment that all the individuals use on a weekly basis.
Throughout the year the individuals learn and practice different sports, including basketball, volleyball, tennis, kickball, shuffleboard, bocchi, swimming, bowling, softball, and many other team and individual sports. We have an all sports court on campus.
Our coaches and athletes participate in the "Special Olympics" at the local and state level in a variety of sports.
